The frequency of EGFR-specific T cells in PBMC of HNSCC patients is given in percent (%) of CD8⁺ T cells for YLN-tetramer (a) and KLF-pentamer (b). The EGFR score reflected the staining intensity and frequency of EGFR positive cells in corresponding tumor samples.
