  1. Filter 1: Reproducibility, Based on Percent Difference. The datasets were grouped by the variation of reported MULITMER-positive frequencies in staining duplicates. Duplicates that showed high variation (> 200%) were not considered as a positive response and are indicated in bold. *This group also includes duplicates with missing data, namely only one staining was performed.
