VEGF and bFGF expression in vitro and in vivo: (A) Western blot analysis was performed for VEGF and bFGF expression in injured cerebral tissues at 4 days and 14 days after MSCs transplantation in group control, group GFP and group SVV, β-actin served as a loading control. Quantitative analysis shows that the ratio of optical density for VEGF (B) or bFGF (C) in group SVV was significantly higher than those in the group control and the group GFP.
