Biodistribution of adenoviral vectors with RGD modification in the capsid. Mice bearing intrasplenic and intrahepatic tumors were injected via tail vein with 3 × 10e10 VP and organs/tumors were harvested two days later. The number of 5 animals was treated in each group.
