Effects of photodynamic treatment on cell cycle distribution, induction of apoptosis and death. Representative DNA histograms of PI stained BMG-1 cells measured by flow cytometry are shown. Cells were incubated for 2 h with AlPcS2 in HBSS, irradiated with red light at a light dose of 450 J/cm2 and incubated for different time periods in growth medium before staining.
