Multi-lineage human engraftment in selected organs in NOD/SCID β2m null mice four weeks after transplantation of ALDH^hi Lin^- sorted human UCB cells. NOD/SCID β2m null mice with AMI were transplanted with ALDH^hiLin^- sorted human UCB cells. The lineage of human engrafting cells in selected organs was assessed by double staining for human-specific β2m and CD45 (A-L) or CD31 (M-P) four weeks post transplantation.
