  1. PRP or aspirin-pretreated PRP was incubated with NSC23766 (300 μM) or solvent (water) in the presence of 1 mM RGDS for 5 min whilst stirring at 37°C in the lumi-aggregometer before stimulation with ADP or collagen. P-selectin expression was measured by flow cytometry. Values are mean ± SD, n = 4.
