From: Interleukin-13 receptor α2 DNA prime boost vaccine induces tumor immunity in murine tumor models
Induction of CTL activity and IFN-γ production by therapeutic IL-13Rα2 DNA vaccination and boost in established MCA304 and 4T1 tumor models. CTL-mediated specific lysis for MCA304 (A) and 4T1 (C) tumor is measured as described in Figure 2.
