  1. KRECs and TRECs were determined by Real-Time PCR. Results are given both as copies/106 PBMC and copies/mL. The average number of B-cell divisions was calculated as the difference between the cycle threshold number obtained by PCR amplification of signal joints, and the cycle threshold number obtained after amplification of coding joints.
