Total RNA was isolated from enucleated reticulocyte-enriched pools from four umbilical cord blood samples (CB) and four adult peripheral blood samples (AB). Raw intensities from each sample were normalized compared to median value over entire array. As shown, miRNA defined as being differentially expressed (p < 0.01 and fold change > 2) were grouped into down-regulated (Down), up-regulated (Up), and let-7 (Let-7) gene products.
