Although integrin (ITB5) was expressed in HIV-infected cells only, the small quantities could not be charted on the scale used. X-axis shows protein abbreviations according to Swiss-PROT/UniProt databases. Y-axis illustrates average of normalized quantity of specific protein spot computed automatically by the use of PDQuest program from multiple gels.
