Effect of CsA pre-treatment on viability reduction produced by CD437, LND and BA treatment. CsA treatment protects ADF cells from CD437 effects and has no influence on the reduction in cell viability produced by BA and LND. Each value has been normalized versus the vehicle treated control to which an arbitrary value of 100% as been assigned. Cell viability has been measured by crystal violet assay 24 hours after the treatment at the IC50 dose. Each bar is the mean of two experiments performed in triplicate.
