Effect of CsA pre-treatment on ΔΨ dissipation produced by CCCP, CD437, LND and BA treatment. CsA treatment prevents CD437-, BA- and LND-induced ΔΨ dissipation. Each value has been normalized versus the R/G ratio of the vehicle treated control without CsA to which an arbitrary value of 100% as been assigned. R/G ratios have been calculated 24 hours after treatment at the IC50 dose. Each bar is the mean of two experiments performed in triplicate.
