Effect of belinostat on cell cycle distribution in 5637 cells. 5637 cells were the most sensitive to belinostat treatment and showed the greatest accumulation of G0-G1 cells, decrease in S phase cells and increase in G2-M phase cells after treatment. Cells cultured with 5 μM belinostat for 48 h were analyzed by flow cytometry, and percent cell cycle distribution was assessed by standard histogram analysis.
