Methylation Specific PCR. The products from the methylation specific PCR run on agarose gels for two representative dissections are shown. In sample 5 the tumor endothelium demonstrated 75% methylation while the tumor epithelium had only 60% methylation. In sample 7 the tumor endothelium had 100% methylation while the tumor epithelium had only 10% methylation. All methylation values were normalized to β-actin.
