Cytotoxic reactivity of CD8⁺ CTL line against autologous melanoma cells. CD8⁺ CTL line was generated in MLTC by stimulating the PBMC of melanoma patient 793 with irradiated autologous WM793 melanoma cells. Cultures received IL-2 from day 3 onward, and were restimulated every 7 days for 2 months with autologous irradiated melanoma and EBV-B cells or PBMC. Cytotoxic effector cell responses were measured after 8 weeks.
