  1. Electronically or magnetically sorted CD34-derived CD56+ cells and incubated 10:1 ratio with K562 and cell proliferation was evaluated after 2-day culture. The difference in the mean CPM incorporation between immature CD56+cells+K562 and K562 alone was highly significant with a P value of 0.0011. The range of CPM incorporation in the presence of immature CD56+ cells and K562 was 138–8103 while in the presence of K562 alone was 2524–11232.
