Effect of BAPTA-AM on Granzyme B secretion by TALL-104 cells. TALL-104 cells were pretreated with the indicated concentrations of BAPTA-AM for 45 min at 37°C. TALL-104 cells (2.5 × 103 cells per well) were incubated with K562 (5.0 × 104 cells per well) for 4 h in the Granzyme B ELISPOT assay. Data are presented as spots per well ± SE (n = 3). Results are corrected for background.
