From: Evaluation of in vivo labelled dendritic cell migration in cancer patients
In patient no. 7 the same number of 99mTc-HMPAO-labelled DC were administered simultaneously: subcutaneously (s.c.) in the left axilla and intradermally (i.d.) in the right axilla. The figure shows acquisition images with gamma camera at 0, 3, 5, and 18 h after inoculation. Greater migration capacity after intradermal administration is clearly visible.
