(A) High-throughput microarray analysis of published data showing that miR-362 was elevated in gastric cancer tissues (n = 184) as compared with that in noncancerous gastric tissue (n = 169). (B) Real-time PCR analysis of miR-362 expression in NGEC and gastric cancer BGC-823, HGC-27, MGC-803, MKN-28, and SGC-7901 cell lines. Transcript levels were normalized to U6 expression.
