  1. FFPE are presented by histological type, WHO classification [40], TNM staging [39], sex, age, ethnicity, origin of FFPE, and the history at presentation. Currently, the WHO divides NPC into keratinizing, non-keratinizing, and basaloid squamous cell carcinoma. Non-keratinizing NPC, which is the most common form of NPC, is further subdivided into differentiated and undifferentiated.
