  1. PC14PE6-RFP tumor-bearing nude mice (n = 4) were infected with 1×107 pfu of GLV-1h68. Three, seven and 14 days after infection, tumors and organs were harvested and viral titers were determined by standard plaque assays on CV-1 cells. Results are shown as mean pfu/g tissue or organ +/- s.d.
