(A) Little foci of myocardial necrosis (<6 h) with intravasal and interstitial CD15 reaction (brown reaction); (B) Double immunohistochemical reaction (IL-15 and CD15): foci of myocardial necrosis (>6 h) with intensive expression of IL-15 and CD15. (C) Double immunohistochemical reaction (MCP-1 and CD15) showed a diffuse positivity (red and yellow respectively) after 6 hrs. (D) CD15 reaction after 6 hrs, after 8 hrs, after 10 hrs, and 12 hrs.
