Flow cytometric analysis of DCs. Twenty nine patients were evaluable. Comparative data were shown in histograms for immature (dotted line) and mature (solid line) DCs. The expression of each antigen in imDCs was found in 17.5 ± 2.9% (CD80), 67.1 ± 3.1% (CD86), 2.8 ± 0.7% (CD83), 92.6 ± 1.7% (CD40), 9.5 ± 2.3% (CD14), 98.6 ± 0.3% (HLA-ABC) and 92.8 ± 1.8% (HLA-DR). The expression of each antigen in mDCs was found in 92.1 ± 1.5% (CD80), 96.5 ± 0.7% (CD86), 75.6 ± 3.3% (CD83), 98.9 ± 0.5% (CD40), 4.6 ± 3.4% (CD14), 99.4 ± 0.2% (HLA-ABC) and 96.6 ± 1.1% (HLA-DR). *p = 0.0004, **p < 0.0001.
