Myosin7a positive cells (green) were found in P1 (A) and P60 (A׳) differentiated otospheres; p27kip1 labels supporting cell nuclei, as shown in P1 (B) and P60 (B׳); βIII-tubulin positive cells were observed from differentiated P1 (C) and P60 (C׳) otospheres.
