Effects of SYD on TAM and cytokine profile. (A) Immunohistochemical staining of NF-κB and F4/80 in tumor tissues or normal colonic tissues .200 × for all, scale bar = 100 μm. High expression levels of NF-κB and F4/80 were detected in the model group. SYD decreased NF-κB expression and F4/80-positive cells. Semiquantitative analysis of these proteins is shown in Table 4.
