Immunoprecipitation/Western blotting. To verify the recognition of the FP-expressed proteins also by VV-specific hyperimmune mouse sera, immunoprecipitation was performed, followed by Western blotting. After infection with FP _L1R , FP _A27L , FP _A33R or FP _B5R , the specific proteins were immunoprecipitated by the hyperimmune sera (lanes B). No specific bands were seen in cells infected with FPwt (lanes A).
