Anti-cancer effects of Ad-PEDF/Liposome in vivo. (a) Antitumor effects. Tumor-bearing mice were treated with NS, Ad-Null/Liposome, Ad-PEDF and Ad-PEDF/Liposome. There was a significant difference in lung metastasis between PEDF (Ad-PEDF and Ad-PEDF/Liposome) treated group and other groups in both number of pulmonary metastatic nodules (b) and lung weight (c) (P < 0.01). There was also a difference between the Ad-PEDF group and Ad-PEDF/Liposome group (P < 0.05). Bars, SD; points, mean (n = 5).
