  1. Data are presented as mean ± SEM. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS version 16.0 for Windows (SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL). A nonparametric, unpaired test (Kruskal-Wallis test) followed by Dunnett'spost hoc test was used for comparison of continuous variables. ### p<0.001 vs. the early stage of intrauterine pregnancy; ** p< 0.01, *** p< 0.001 vs. ectopic pregnancy (before surgery, β-hCG< 1,000).
