TPX2 inhibition suppresses proliferation of colon cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. (A) HCT116 (left) and SW620 (right) cells were treated with shRNA-TPX2 or control shRNA (control) or Oligofectamine alone (mock) for 48 h, following which cells were harvested for analysis of TPX2 expression by western blot.
