A) Phase contrast images in post-differentiation phase (72 and 96 hours) showed hypertrophy in neo-formed myotubes treated with RSV, in respect with control. Scale bar 200 μm. B) Western Blot analysis shows how RSV treatments during post-differentiation phase cause a significant increase in MyHC protein content. Key structural N-Cadherin protein expression is significantly higher than DM. RSV treatments seem to induct a significant rise in AMPK protein content in respect to DM.
