The plot shows fold-change (dLMR) on the x-axis and –log10 (p-value) on the y-axis. Criteria used to identify significantly differentially expressed miRNAs included 1) two-tailed t-test p-value < 0.01 and 2) absolute delta-log median ratio (dLMR) value > 0.5. miRNA marked by solid red circles are putative tumor suppressors.
