Knock-down of SATB1 suppresses NPC cell migration. Cell migration was assessed 48 hours following transfection of CNE1, CNE2Z, C666-1 cells and NP-69 with cocktails of SATB1 siRNA (si-SATB1), control siRNA (si-Control) or untransfected (MOCK) by Transwell migration assay.
