FOXM1 alters the microtubule dynamics in preventing docetaxel induced apoptosis. Polymerized and soluble tubulin fractions from docetaxel untreated and treated FOXM1-siRNA and pcDNA3, 1-FOXM1 transfected cell lines were generated by centrifugation.
