  1. The immunophenotype test was performed three times under the same operating conditions by the same operator on our CTPs. The inter experiment CV% was calculated considering the mean and SD of the mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) of each cytofluorimetric marker.
  2. The acceptance criteria was an inter-experiment CV% ≤ 10%.
  3. Abbreviations: CTL LS Cytotoxic T Lymphocyte subpopulations, CTL E Cytotoxic T Lymphocyte effectors.
