(A), after co-culture with NK cells in the presence or absence of gefitinib, A549 and H1975 cells were evaluated for stat3 expression and LC3 levels with western blot. (B), MPR expression was elevated on H1975 tumor cells treated with gefitinib. (C), MPR antagonist mannose-6-phosphate impaired the cytotoxic function of human NK cells to H1975 tumor cells treated with gefitinib. Cytotoxicity was assessed with the 51Cr release assay.
