Gefitinib enhances NK cells cytotoxicity via NKG2D. (A) Gefitinib up-regulated NKG2D on NK cells. NKG2D, NKp44 and NKp46 expression was examined on NK cells following co-culture with A549 and H1975 tumor cells. Three independent experiments were performed.
