Induction of survivin specific T cells; appearance and persistence. CD8+ T cells from an HLA-A2 positive healthy donor (number 6) were primed with autologous mature DC and re-stimulated with JY. Antigen presenting cells were electroporated with mRNA encoding Mini survivin or mini Ubi-survivin.
