Formation of islet-like clusters in differentiated group started at day 3 and matured towards day 11. b) Detection of Insulin producing cells after differentiation. At day 11, cells were stained with zinc-chelating agent, dithizone. Differentiated MSCs-derived IPCs at day 11 were distinctly stained crimson-red by DTZ.
