  1. The 14 primary melanoma cell lines derived from metastatic lesions were stained with the indicated anti-CTLA-4 antibodies and analyzed by flow cytometry for the expression patterns of melanoma differentiation antigens (MDA), stem cell-related antigens (SCA) and neural crest antigens (NCA).
  2. Results were expressed as mean ratio of relative fluorescence intensity (MRFI), calculated as follows: mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) of CTLA-4 staining/MFI of irrelevant isotype-matched mAb staining.
