Real-time PCR analysis of Ca²⁺-regulatory proteins. Sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca²⁺-ATPase showed a significant decrease in mRNA levels in the HH group when compared with C group (*P<0.01 vs C group) (A). No significant changes were observed for ryanodine receptor (B), sodiumcalcium exchanger (C), sarcolipin (D) and phospholamban (E) expression.
