Dovitinib inhibited the migration and invasion of endothelial cells at pharmacologically relevant concentrations. A) As evaluated by Transwell assay, dovitinib significantly inhibited the migration and invasion of HUVEC endothelial cells in a dose-dependent manner. B) The migration and invasion of MHCC-97H cells was not inhibited by dovitinib. C) Wound healing assays showed the inhibitory effect of dovitinib on the migration of endothelial and HCC cells.
