STAT-3 siRNA reduced intimal thickening of vein graft. (A) Photomicrographs of representative cross sections from vein grafts. Left jugular vein were harvested, interposed into the left common carotid artery, and then treated with either STAT-3 siRNA (siSTAT-3) or scramble siRNA (Scramble) before suture as described in the Material & Methods.
