Bcl-2 and cyclin D1 expression in STAT-3 siRNA transfected VMSCs. VMSCs were transfected as described in Figure 1. 72 hrs after transfection, cells were collected to extract RNA. The gene expression of Bcl-2 and cyclin D1 was detected by RT-PCR and relative target gene expression was calculated as described in Figure 1. Values are means ± SEM.
