  1. Replicate SVF samples were cultured in the presence (+) or absence (−) of adipocytes for 72 hours in Standard Media. The SVF cells were collected, prepared and the tryptic peptides were labeled with an isobaric tag (114, 115, 116 or 117) for iTRAQ analysis using a Qstar Elite. A total of 2220 proteins were identified but only those which were significantly (p-value < 0.05) differentially expressed between the proteomes of the SVF cultured in the presence (+) or absence (−) of adipocytes have been included. For each of these proteins, the UniProt identification number, protein name, percentage of protein coverage (and number of unique peptides contributing to the sequence coverage), and fold change between the proteins in the SVF cultured with adipocytes versus the SVF cultured alone, for both replicates, are included.
