The concentrations of the pro-inflammatory cytokines, IFN-γ (A), IL-1β (B), IL-8 (C), IL-9 (D), IL-12 (E), IL-15 (F), IL-17 (G) and TNF-α (H) were measured in the conditioned medium of the stromal vascular fraction (SVF) co-cultured with adipocytes (co-culture), SVF, adipose-derived stem cells (ADSC), and adipocytes, as well as the ‘in silico’ dataset. The reported values are the average of 5 biological replicate ± SEM. An * denotes a p-value of ≤ 0.05 and an ** denotes a p-value ≤ 0.1 when compared to the co-culture dataset.
