TGFβ insensitive Pmel-1 cells more effectively mediate B16 tumor regression. B16 tumor-bearing mice were conditioned with 900 cGy irradiation and given bone marrow support prior to adoptive transfer of either 105 or 106 mock or DN transduced Pmel-1 and IL2 support. Compared to mock transduced Pmel-1, DN Pmel-1 demonstrate better anti-tumor activity. Experiment was performed twice with similar results.
