Differentiation in cultured ADSCs was monitored including oil red O staining of lipid droplets in terminal adipocyte differentiation (B) and von Kossa staining of calcium deposition in the extracellular matrix in terminal osteoblast differentiation (E). The qRT-PCR analysis of mRNA levels of specific adipogenic (adiponectin) (C) and osteogenic (alkaline phosphatase) markers (F) at day 7 and day 14 of differentiation as compared to day 0. The data are representative of three independent experiments.
