(B, C, D) KG1a, Kasumi-1 and U937 cell lines were treated with different concentrations of curcumin for 24, 48, 72, and 96 h. MTT assay was performed. (E) These three cell lines were treated with different concentrations of curcumin for 24 h and analyzed for DNA content by flow cytometry, as described in "Methods."
